My Personal Story- from 99 lb. Weakling to One of the Strongest Men in America

I was a small, weak and skinny kid – 99 lbs and 5’3” as a freshman in high school. Kids were constantly picking on me because they knew they could- one day in basketball practice a kid picked me up off the ground and rammed me head first into a cement wall – this cracked my head open and there was blood everywhere – I was rushed to the hospital and I’m lucky to have survived. After this I vowed I would never grow up to be a weak man – I started lifting weights and training for sports and in my 40’s I deadlifted over 600 pounds, I squatted 500 pounds below parallel, and I benched close to 400 pounds -all without ever taking steroids or any performance-enhancing drugs.

Even today at age 66 I’m still stronger than most professional athletes.

For the past 40+ years, I’ve been researching and testing these principles. I’ve worked with thousands of people, and I ‘ve seen complete transformations- people who were weak becoming stronger than elite athletes.  

I have a college degree in exercise Science, and I’ve been a personal trainer in NYC and Beverly Hills – I’ve even had my own National Healthy Living TV Show that’s been broadcast into 50 million households.
